A beautiful Contest 46/48 from 1995 with wing keel, offered for sale in an overall good condition.

This well-maintained classic blue-water cruiser was fully built to Lloyd’s specifications and reflects the renowned quality and craftsmanship of Contest Yachts sought after by many a world cruiser.

Thanks to her spacious interior layout, featuring three cabins and two generous head compartments, she offers comfortable accommodation for up to six persons on a long journey. Her pantry or merely a galley is a safe place to cook with amble space for storage and having all utilities easy at hand.

The spacious master cabin aft of the galey features a queen-size bed, loads of storage space in cabinets and cupboards and has its own walk-in toilet with separate shower booth. Even a washing machine fits into this spacious area.

The main cabin features a huge U-formed settee around a large table that can unfold enabling up to 8-10 people dining at the same time.

Forward of the main cabin a bunked bed cabin fits to port and a second bathroom with separate shower to starboard. Forward of here another separate cabin with a large V-berth.

The cockpit is large and safe and aft of the cockpit a large flush aft deck enable crew to sunbathe and gather. Also here there are large lazarettes for various storage options.

Due to its mast head cutter rig, she is well balanced and thoughtfully designed throughout for comfortable living both at sea and in port. She is easily sailed single-handed from the cockpit, making her suitable for both short-handed sailing and extended voyages. Her strong engine and powerful bow-thruster further makes it for easy maneuvering in port.

This boat has been in its present ownership family since year 2000 and has been cruising initially in the Med and for the last 8 years in Scandinavian Waters.
